Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available to most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear with the same confidence we ask you to place in your equipment when you’re miles from civilization. If your purchase doesn’t meet your wilderness standards, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for technical gear like Insulated Jackets or Gaiters)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive defective:
- Full Cushion Socks
- Base Layers
- Gloves
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization – Our gear specialists will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Pack Securely – Use the original packaging when possible. For fragile items like Bear Hunting Essentials kits, add extra padding.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your initial email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Exchanges ship via standard shipping unless you request expedited service (additional charges apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Crispi Boots or Sitka Jacket arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
International Returns
For adventurers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Allow extra time for international shipping
